Bromic Heaters are weather resistant, but not water proof. The Bromic Tungsten Freestanding can be exposed to the elements but as with any outdoor product, the better the care, the longer the life. We recommend covering the heater when not in use or storing it under cover when the gas bottle is removed.
The Tungsten Freestanding heater does not come with a cover, but we do recommend to order a cover to ensure the heater is protected from the elements when not in use.
We offer a Natural Gas Model (BH0510005) and a Liquid Propane Model (BH0510001).
We recommend a 20lb LPG tank for use with the LPG Model (BH0510001). The Natural Gas Model (BH0510005) ships with a 10ft quick connect gas line.
The LPG Model can be adjusted from high to low using the control knob on the back of the heater. The Natural Gas Model can be used in high position only.
While the Tungsten Freestanding heater is designed for extended use, Bromic recommends turning it off when not in use for safety and energy conservation.
